About

I am a quality practitioner and patient safety champion working in healthcare since 2009. I have over twenty years of experience in the private and public sector with extensive training and specialization in quality management, accreditation, and project management. I work with staff and stakeholders across the system to drive continuous quality improvement and model and promote a culture of quality and safety. I am grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate with staff, patients, and our partners to improve our processes and enhance the patient and provider experience. As a healthcare leader I am committed to lifelong learning, coaching to build organizational leadership capacity, and building relationships for interdisciplinary collaboration. Through this learning and improvement work, together we continue to raise the bar and achieve exceptional, high quality, safe service delivery.
