About
I was raised in Winnipeg, where I completed his M.D. and Internal Medicine training at the University of Manitoba. I then joined the Adult Cardiology Training Program at the University of Manitoba, where I was a Chief Resident, completing in July 2021. In September 2021, I achieved Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Cardiology.
During my training, I was extensively involved in teaching and research, publishing over 11 manuscripts. I was recognized with multiple research and educational awards, including the 2020 Canadian Society for Clinical Investigation – Canadian Institutes of Health Research Resident Research Award. I was also was considerably involved in quality improvement as part of the Manitoba Acute Coronary Syndrome Network.

Clinical Interests
My current clinical interests are in cardiovascular risk modification, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, and aortopathy. I maintain a relationship with the ACS Network, and through my previous research interests include facilitating post-MI care, I welcome referrals for patients discharged following myocardial infarction.
