The Manitoba Association of Cardiology Technologists along with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists celebrates Cardiology Technology Day on February 14th! It is also the 50th Anniversary for the CSCT this year, We would like to take this opportunity to recognize the excellence in service provided by our Registered Cardiology Technologists in performing EKGs, Stress Testing, Holter/Event/Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring and assistance with other cardiac procedures in the Cardiac Sciences Program in the City of Winnipeg and across the Province of Manitoba.

On Wednesday February 12th from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM in the Sam Cohen Auditorium, there will be a presentation by Mahwash Saeed, Olga Toleva and Ludolf Grolle entitled: Breaking the Cycle: Heart Disease throughout the Lifespan. Also, from 1:30 PM-4:00 PM, the Art and Soul Exhibition will take place in the Asper Mezzanine.
On Thursday February 13th from 6:30 PM-8:30 PM, at the Reh-Fit Centre- 1390 Taylor Avenue, there will be a public talk entitled: There is More to Watch for than “Chest Pain”.
