Lisa is being recognized for excellence in leadership, including her positivity, humor and a “how can I help” attitude. She leads not only her team on CR4 but has recently jumped into the role of manager for the Critical Care Resource Team. Lisa has been able to transfer her welcoming and positive leadership style to this team, seamlessly onboard our latest group of Critical Care Nursing Orientation Program Nurses. Lisa recognizes this group for their importance in staffing our Intensive Care Units , vital in this time of the pandemic surge. Without a doubt, Lisa has/will transfer her innate ability to connect with staff, listen and collaboratively problem solve to this specialty group going forward. Thank you and Congratulations Lisa!!
Congratulations to Meme and Mike Yamashita on the arrival of their new baby girl!
Emma Everly Yamashita was born at January 16th at 9: 56 PM.
She weighed in at 6lbs 2oz. Mom and baby are doing well.
